SYNOPSIS

During the downfall, an unpredictable serial murder case disturbed the people in Luoyang City. The victims were mostly a pair of men and women. The murderer's whereabouts disappeared without leaving a clue. There is folk rumor that this is to punish politician Tian Hou. Grandpa Cui was ordered to investigate thoroughly, but there was no result. The minister advised Di Ren Jie to give it a try.
